For a Privately Owned Telecommunications Services Company -- PSG assigned personnel assessed operational procedures and system shortcomings.  The PSG project manager developed maintenance and support processes for the current Network environment.  Other accomplishments included: enhancing back-end databases, developing an archiving procedure, upgrading software to the latest versions, streamlining and enhancing the reporting procedures, and setting up custom query reporting capabilities for the administrative staff.  Planned projects include developing specifications for a new inventory system.
