For a Specialty Food Distribution Firm -- PSG resources were used to assess operational procedures and system shortcomings.  As a result the Network was completely revamped to provide additional layers of security and to facilitate efficient backup procedures.  The existing accounting application was replaced with a new accounting package.  All data was converted to the new application and surviving operational modules were integrated into the new package.  The PSG project manager was able to maintain a productive work environment for the client's staff while facilitating and affecting the process changes required by the business.  Users were trained on the new procedures and software applications.
