Does PSG pay for holidays and vacations?
At Pinnacle Systems Group, Inc. vacation/personal time is viewed as both a reward for
service and as a means of reviving the mental health of employees. Regular
full-time employees are eligible for vacation/personal time benefits after completing
the introductory period of one year. The amount of time granted is as follows:
- After one year of employment - two (2) weeks of paid vacation.
- After five years of employment - three (3) weeks of paid vacation
Pinnacle Systems Group, Inc. will grant holiday time off to all regular full-time
employees. The list for the upcoming year's holidays is published prior to the end
of the calendar year.
